This page describes the company website. Individual applications will document their own data handling with their releases.

Contact messages

If you use our contact form, we process the name, email address, topic, optional company name, and message you provide so we can respond. The form uses Resend to deliver email to us. Direct email is handled by the email services involved in delivery.

Messages may remain in our correspondence and service records. To ask about a message or request its deletion, contact hello@humblerobotsoftware.com. Please do not send passwords, payment details, or sensitive files through the form.

Hosting and abuse prevention

The website is configured for Cloudflare hosting. Requests include technical information such as an IP address and browser headers. Hosting and email services may process technical information to deliver requests, maintain reliability, and prevent abuse. The contact endpoint uses the request's IP address for rate limiting; it does not include it in your contact email.

Website scripts

Our website code does not add advertising trackers or analytics scripts, and the contact form does not store information in browser cookies or local storage. Hosting providers may process requests independently of those scripts.

External destinations

Links to other websites and application downloads may lead to services with their own privacy practices.
