Include the application name and version, your operating system, what you expected, and the steps that led to the problem. Remove personal information from screenshots or logs before sharing them.

Every application is a one-time purchase, works offline, and includes no telemetry. Compatibility, pricing, and upgrade terms will be published for each application. Check its product page for the policy that applies to your release.

Security concerns

Please report a suspected vulnerability privately through our contact page. Describe the issue without including passwords, license keys, or sensitive files.
